Ritual Ride is devoted to providing high-quality, purpose-driven cycling classes led by educated instructors set to motivating music. With a focus on power, speed, and distance, all classes are designed for every fitness level and will challenge you to get the most out of your riding experience.
New! Small Group Training is a full-body, functional strength training class. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and focus on improving mobility and building strength. If your goal is to start a new fitness program or build on your current routine, this class is perfect for you!
Your core is essential to help stabilize and harness your power on and off the bike. The Core Essentials experience focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility of the mid-body muscles at every angle.
If you’ve already created your account and booked your class online, then all you need to do is arrive 15 minutes early for class to get fitted for shoes (if not wearing your own) and set up your bike.
At Ritual Ride Cycle Studio, we emphasize you and your performance. Our instructors are there to guide you on your Ritual Ride journey and motivate you to test your limits, but ultimately you own your ride. Please let your instructor know if he/she should be mindful of an injury or any other accommodation you may need.
Yes. Cycling shoes are required for all riders taking a class at Ritual Ride. Wearing cycling shoes can help improve your power output on the bike and prevent injury. You may wear your own shoes with either SPD or Look Delta cleats, or you can rent a pair from us for $2.
Riders who are more than five minutes late for class will not be permitted to enter the cycling studio.
Additionally, if you are not checked in at least five minutes before the start time, your bike may be given away to the first rider on the waitlist. We ask that first-time riders arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of their class to ensure the best possible experience.
You worked hard during your ride, and we want you to see your progress. You will receive an email report after every class detailing your metrics for the ride, including your current FTP, average watts, average rpm, and more. If you want to tap into even more metrics, you can also download the Stages Flight app, and take your cycling to the next level. The good news is that all of your ride profiles are saved in your Ritual Ride account. Log in and celebrate your progress!
